Welcome to Zeecrew Events and General Services LLC. We are delighted to serve you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our cake shop and the services we offer. By using our services and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Order Placement

2.1. Ordering Process: You may place orders with us through our website, by phone, or in person at our cake shop. Orders must be placed at least 7days in advance. All orders are subject to availability.


2.2. Custom Cakes: For custom cake orders, we require detailed specifications and any reference images at least 10days prior to the desired pickup or delivery date.



Payment and Pricing

3.1. Pricing: Our cake prices can be obtained by phone or accessing the menu on our website and in-store. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.


3.2. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of placing the order for regular ready-to-go cakes and desserts. But for custom cakes 70% payment is needed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified in-store and on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds

4.1. Cancellations: Cancellations can be made up to 5days prior to the pickup or delivery date to get a partial refund. After this timeframe, we may not be able to provide any refund as materials have been purchased.


4.2. Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.



Pickup and Delivery

5.1. Pickup: Orders must be collected at the agreed-upon time and date. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake or other issues that may occur after pickup.

5.2. Delivery: If you opt for delivery, additional charges may apply. We will do our best to deliver your order at the agreed-upon time, but we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delay.



Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

6.1. Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.



Quality and Satisfaction

7.1. Quality: We take pride in the quality of our cakes. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery date, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.



Intellectual Property

8.1. Custom Designs: Any custom cake designs created by Zeecrew events and General Services as our intellectual property, and we may use images of these designs for promotional purposes.

Privacy Policy

9.1. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
